Do you like to plant tongkat ali? But dont have the space (land) and time to do so. We at tongkat ali Borneo would like to offer you an investment proposal. Currently we have almost 1000 trees (of mixed age of tongkat ali trees) and we are finding investor to invest in manufacturing and planting or only just buying tongkat ali. Below are our proposal:
1. We are selling RM100/tree or US$40 of minimum 10 tree per lot of matured (above 4 years below 10 years of age) standing value. Under this investment opportunity, we will kept your trees standing for 1 year before harvest. Its mean after paying the amount, you have the choice to harvest directly or left it for another 1 year (we will borne the management cost). The price of RM100/tree is farm gate price (price at our farm) cost of transportation to your final destination will be borne by you.
2. For the young tongkat ali (below 1 year) we offered you the value of RM40/tree or US$17 at minimum of 10 tree per lot. Maintenance and management fee charged at RM5/tree/year or US$2 per year until the 4th year. For the harvesting cost we are charging RM10/tree or US$4/tree. Total cost for the 4 year rotation is RM70/tree or US$25/tree. 1 lot of tongkat ali cost you RM700 or US$250. The price is farm gate price, excluding transportation cost. For your information mortality rate is at 10% for the rotation of 4 years.
